We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex healthcare data sets to provide insights and recommendations that will drive business decisions and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data from various sources such as electronic health records, claims data, and patient surveys
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders and support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient care
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to healthcare data analytics
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to internal teams as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or healthcare
- [Random number] years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with healthcare data and knowledge of industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) is a plus
