We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of data management principles, and proven experience in leading data projects within a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Lead a team of data analysts and specialists in managing and analyzing complex financial data sets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Design and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance data management practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to data quality and accuracy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data management within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and data protection laws.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
