We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Center Technician Assistant in Dubai. As a key member of our Energy company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our data center and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Data Center Technicians in maintaining the data center infrastructure, including servers, storage devices, networking equipment, and power systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as hardware installations, cable management, and equipment testing
- Monitor data center operations and respond to alerts and alarms in a timely manner
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with vendors for repairs and replacements
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance activities, and service contracts
- Support data center security measures, including access control and surveillance systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a data center or IT support role
- Strong understanding of data center technologies and infrastructure components
- Proficiency in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Knowledge of networking protocols and equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) is a plus
