Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk Assistant to join our dynamic team in the energy sector. The successful candidate will support our data management efforts by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to energy projects, operations, and client information. This position is crucial for ensuring data integrity and providing timely information for decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems related to energy projects and operations, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations based on collected data and analytics.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Support the team in organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to necessary information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries and provide data-related support to internal departments as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training new staff in data entry procedures and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data management and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, with a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
- Familiarity with database management systems and energy sector terminology is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
