Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk Assistant to join our educational institution in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and updating data in our systems to support the administrative functions of the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring that our educational programs run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter, update, and maintain information in databases and systems related to student records, course registrations, attendance, and academic performance.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness by conducting regular audits and cross-referencing information from various sources.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as required by the administrative team to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
- Support the preparation of documentation for student admissions, including processing applications and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and resolve any discrepancies in student information.
- Respond to inquiries from staff, students, and parents regarding data-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of data entry procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations and policies.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the institution.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administrative support is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, with a minimum of 2 years up to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with educational data management systems is preferred.
