We are seeking a Database Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Database Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our transportation and logistics database systems. This role requires a strong understanding of database management principles, as well as experience in the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems to support transportation and logistics operations
- Develop and implement data storage and retrieval policies and procedures
- Monitor database performance and capacity to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure database systems meet business needs
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in database management
- Train and mentor junior database administrators

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in database management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of database management systems, such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
- Experience with database design, implementation, and maintenance
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
