We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Daycare Director Assistant in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, strong organizational skills, and the ability to assist the Daycare Director in managing all aspects of the daycare facility.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Daycare Director in overseeing the daily operations of the daycare facility
- Coordinate and manage the daycare staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
- Assist in budget management and financial planning for the daycare facility
- Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and inventory management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in a daycare or childcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of staff and parents
