Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Daycare Director Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Daycare Director Assistant will work closely with the Daycare Director to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the daycare facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Daycare Director in managing the daily operations of the daycare facility
- Supervise and support daycare staff in providing high-quality care and education to children
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, activities, and progress
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's well-being and development
- Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum and educational programs
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and staff training
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the health and well-being of all children in the daycare facility

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a daycare or childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and childcare management software
