We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dealership Sales Manager to lead our sales team within the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Direct and oversee the dealership’s sales operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Motivate team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions. Engage with existing clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for upper management on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with the finance team to create compelling financial products that meet customer needs.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant financial regulations and ethical standards. Manage risks associated with sales processes to protect the dealership's reputation and financial standing.
- Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team’s product knowledge and selling techniques. Keep the team updated on industry trends and new financial products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on sales metrics.
