We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotions
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements in Dubai
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
