We are looking for a skilled Development Specialist with experience in the construction industry to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Development Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure that they are meeting quality standards and safety regulations
- Identify potential risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure that materials and services are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep accurate and detailed records of project milestones, expenses, and other relevant information
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
