We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major gifts to support the organization's mission and goals in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to increase revenue and support for healthcare programs and initiatives
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential major donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
- Create and maintain a donor database to track and manage donor relationships
- Develop and deliver compelling and persuasive fundraising proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational priorities and goals
- Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns to engage donors and raise awareness of the organization's mission
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising activities to ensure targets are met and donor relationships are maintained
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in fundraising and donor relations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully securing major gifts and meeting fundraising targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and philanthropic landscape in Abu Dhabi is preferred
