Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in the agriculture sector based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of digital marketing strategies and a passion for promoting sustainable agricultural practices. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to enhance our online presence, engage with various stakeholders, and drive our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement within the agricultural sector.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging content for our website, blog, email newsletters, and social media platforms that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of marketing materials.

3. Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts, creating campaigns that promote our products and services.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and adapt strategies to improve engagement and reach.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of our website and increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and track performance metrics.

5. Email Marketing:
- Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with existing customers.
- Analyze email performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved open and click-through rates.

6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to inform future marketing strategies.

7. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales and product development teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for specific marketing projects and campaigns.

8. Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and agriculture to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the agriculture sector.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
