We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Sharjah, focusing on the transportation and logistics sector. Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition in the transportation and logistics sector.
- Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to meet their needs and preferences.

2. Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and reflects the company's brand voice.

3. SEO and SEM Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

4. Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze engagement metrics to refine strategies.

5. Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer engagement strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for higher open and click-through rates.

6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

7. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
