We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Communications to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective communications strategy to enhance the company's reputation and brand in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and targets key stakeholders
- Oversee all internal and external communications, including media relations, public relations, and corporate messaging
- Manage a team of communications professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of communication initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility and reputation
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, investor relations, and compliance, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
- Serve as a spokesperson for the company and represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and other public forums

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related field, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communications strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with senior executives and managing relationships with key stakeholders
