We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Disability Services Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Disability Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that individuals with disabilities have equal access to our telecommunications services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to support individuals with disabilities in accessing and using our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our products and services are accessible to individuals with disabilities.
- Provide training and support to staff on disability awareness and inclusion.
- Act as a liaison between the company and organizations that support individuals with disabilities.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to disability services in the telecommunications industry.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our disability services programs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, disability studies, telecommunications).
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of disability rights and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and their families.
