We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Distribution Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The Distribution Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient distribution of goods and products to various locations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling deliveries to ensure timely distribution of goods
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to provide updates on delivery status
- Assist in resolving any issues or delays in distribution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- [Random number] years of experience in a distribution or logistics role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software
- Valid driver's license is a plus
