We are seeking a skilled Distribution Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the aerospace and defense industry and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. The Distribution Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all distribution operations within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage all aspects of distribution operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of distribution operations professionals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in distribution operations within the aerospace and defense industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex distribution programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- PMP certification is a plus
