We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Operations Program Manager to join our Real Estate company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the distribution operations of our properties, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Manage and lead a team of distribution operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of distribution activities
- Oversee inventory management and storage of property assets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall distribution operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution operations within the Real Estate industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing distribution operations and driving process improvements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in distribution operations
