We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Diversity Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Diversity Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure diverse recruitment and retention practices
- Provide training and workshops to employees on diversity and inclusion topics
- Monitor and track diversity metrics and report on progress to senior management
- Work with external partners and organizations to promote diversity within the industry
- Act as a resource and advisor to employees on diversity and inclusion matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion management
- Strong understanding of diversity issues in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Proven track record of implementing successful diversity initiatives
