We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Specialist to join our team in Sharjah. As a Document Specialist in the telecommunications industry, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all documentation related to our projects, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents and records
- Create and update documents, including reports, manuals, and presentations
- Ensure all documentation meets company standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to gather and organize information for documents
- Manage document review and approval process
- Assist in document translation and localization efforts
- Implement document management best practices and procedures
- Provide support to team members in accessing and retrieving documents as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in document management or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry preferred
