We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Education Specialist to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, training, and development, with a focus on real estate practices and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs and training materials for real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and property managers
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of real estate professionals in Dubai
- Stay up-to-date on local laws, regulations, and market trends in the real estate industry to ensure training materials are relevant and accurate
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging and effective educational content
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
- Provide support and guidance to real estate professionals seeking to further their education and professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Real Estate, or related field
- [X] years of experience in education, training, or development, with a focus on real estate
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational software
- Relevant certifications in education or real estate are a plus
