We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Health Educator to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Health Educator will be responsible for developing and implementing health education programs and initiatives to promote overall well-being and safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver health education programs on topics such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and mental health awareness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess the health needs of employees and develop targeted interventions.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks and provide personalized recommendations.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions on various health topics.
- Provide one-on-one counseling and support to employees seeking guidance on health-related issues.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in health education and incorporate new information into program development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of health education initiatives through surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all health education activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Public Health, or related field.
- [5-8] years of experience in health education or a related role.
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) credential preferred.
- Knowledge of health behavior theories and evidence-based practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus.
