We are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Education Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and initiatives for our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in instructional design and curriculum development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs for employees in the manufacturing industry
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in education and training
- Provide support and guidance to employees participating in educational programs
- Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs
- Assist in the development of career development plans for employees
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to education and training in the manufacturing industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in education
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is a plus
