We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employment Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. The Employment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees within the Transportation and Logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Transportation and Logistics sector
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates
- Assist in the selection process by evaluating candidates' qualifications and skills
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Provide support and guidance to employees on various HR-related issues
- Assist in the development of employee retention strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations within the Transportation and Logistics industry
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
