We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Employment Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. As an Employment Coordinator in the field of Information Technology, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding processes for new IT professionals within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions
- Coordinate job postings on various platforms and social media channels
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires
- Assist with developing job descriptions and job advertisements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in IT recruitment and employment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a focus on Information Technology
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred
