We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Energy Assistant to join our construction team in Dubai. The Energy Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of energy efficiency initiatives and strategies on construction projects to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas for energy savings and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and implement energy reduction strategies
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the selection and installation of energy-efficient equipment and systems
- Provide training and support to construction staff on energy conservation best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in energy efficiency technologies and standards
- Prepare reports and presentations on energy efficiency initiatives and results for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in energy management or sustainability, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of energy efficiency principles, practices, and technologies
- Proficiency in energy assessment tools and software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Certification in Energy Management or related field is a plus
