We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Energy Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Energy Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of energy efficiency programs and initiatives within our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular energy audits to identify areas for improvement and implement energy-saving measures.
- Monitor energy consumption data and analyze trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to implement energy-efficient practices and technologies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in energy conservation and sustainability.
- Prepare reports and presentations on energy usage and savings for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in obtaining energy certifications and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in energy management, sustainability, or related field.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency principles and practices.
- Familiarity with energy management systems and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
