We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all energy operations within our consumer goods company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement energy management strategies to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze energy usage data to identify areas for improvement and implement energy efficiency measures
- Manage and maintain relationships with energy suppliers and negotiate energy contracts
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of energy-efficient equipment and technologies
- Ensure compliance with all energy regulations and standards
- Lead a team of energy operations staff and provide training and guidance as needed
- Prepare and present reports on energy consumption, savings, and initiatives to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of energy management principles and best practices
- Experience with energy monitoring and analysis software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
