We are seeking an experienced Energy Operations Manager to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the energy sector, with a strong background in operations management and logistics.

As the Energy Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our energy operations in Dubai, including coordinating the transportation of energy resources, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will work closely with our suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to optimize our energy operations and ensure efficient delivery of resources.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize energy operations and improve efficiency
- Coordinate transportation of energy resources, including scheduling deliveries and managing logistics
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to energy operations
- Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of transportation vehicles and equipment
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and the protection of resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the energy sector
- Strong background in operations management and logistics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of energy regulations and standards
