We are looking for a dynamic and creative Entertainment Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. The Entertainment Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing entertainment events and activities for our telecommunications company.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify entertainment options for various company events and activities
- Coordinate with vendors, artists, and performers to secure bookings for events
- Develop and manage entertainment budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote entertainment events and activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of entertainment initiatives
- Evaluate the success of entertainment events and activities and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in entertainment coordination

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the entertainment industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
