We are seeking a dynamic and creative Entertainment Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Entertainment Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating entertainment activities for employees and guests within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement entertainment programs and activities that cater to the interests and preferences of employees and guests.
- Coordinate with external vendors, performers, and suppliers to secure entertainment services, equipment, and materials.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to entertainment events, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Create and maintain a calendar of entertainment events, ensuring a diverse range of activities throughout the year.
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote and publicize entertainment events to employees and guests.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of entertainment events, gathering feedback and making improvements for future activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in event planning, entertainment coordination, or related roles in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local entertainment vendors and suppliers is a plus.
