We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Environmental Health Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Environmental Health Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all environmental health and safety aspects within our pharmaceutical facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement environmental health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor and track environmental health metrics to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate and conduct employee training programs on environmental health and safety best practices
- Respond to and investigate incidents or complaints related to environmental health and safety
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to environmental health and safety activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Health, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental health and safety management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of local environmental health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Certified Health and Safety Professional (CHSP) certification is preferred
