We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Planning Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and management, with a focus on retail events.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute various retail events such as product launches, promotions, and customer appreciation events
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Manage event budgets and expenses to ensure events are cost-effective and within budget
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance
- Evaluate the success of events through post-event analysis and feedback from attendees
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in event planning and management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
