We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within the company, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative and innovative menus that cater to a diverse group of employees and clients
- Manage and mentor a team of culinary professionals, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Source and select high-quality ingredients from local suppliers and vendors
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering services for company events and meetings
- Stay current on culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate the company's food offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary school
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience working in a telecommunications or corporate setting is a plus
