We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Exercise Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Exercise Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing exercise programs for our employees in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized exercise programs for employees based on their individual needs and fitness goals
- Coordinate group exercise classes and one-on-one training sessions
- Monitor and track employee progress and provide ongoing support and motivation
- Collaborate with health and wellness professionals to ensure a holistic approach to employee fitness and well-being
- Organize and promote fitness challenges, events, and initiatives to engage employees and promote a healthy lifestyle
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in exercise science and wellness programs
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to employee fitness and wellness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor
- [Random number] years of experience in designing and implementing exercise programs in a corporate setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals
- Knowledge of nutrition and wellness principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and fitness tracking software
