We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Exercise Specialist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with our Exercise Specialist to help employees in the transportation and logistics industry improve their physical health and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Exercise Specialist in conducting fitness assessments and developing personalized exercise programs for employees
- Lead group exercise classes and provide one-on-one coaching sessions
- Monitor and track employee progress, adjusting exercise programs as needed
- Educate employees on proper exercise techniques and safety precautions
- Assist in organizing and coordinating health and wellness events and programs
- Maintain a clean and safe exercise facility
- Collaborate with other members of the health and wellness team to promote a healthy lifestyle among employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Exercise Instructor
- [X] years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- CPR and First Aid certification
