We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Exercise Specialist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with our Exercise Specialist to provide fitness assessments, develop personalized exercise programs, and assist clients in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and help clients set realistic goals
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on individual needs and goals
- Assist clients during exercise sessions, ensuring proper form and technique
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Provide guidance and support to clients, motivating them to reach their full potential
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining client records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Exercise Instructor
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience working in a fitness center or similar setting (minimum of 1-3 years of experience)
