We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner Assistant to join our team at a construction site in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to individuals and families, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Family Nurse Practitioner in conducting patient assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and developing treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and monitoring patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and best practices in nursing care.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi.
- [X] years of experience working in a clinical setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems is preferred.
