Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the telecommunications sector. The FNP will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to our employees and their families, ensuring a healthy workforce and promoting wellness within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care:
- Provide primary and preventive healthcare services to employees and their families, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Conduct thorough health evaluations and take comprehensive medical histories.

2. Health Promotion & Education:
- Develop and implement health education programs to promote wellness and disease prevention.
- Offer guidance on lifestyle modifications and management of chronic conditions.

3. Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and care plans.

4. Clinical Procedures:
- Perform clinical procedures such as immunizations, wound care, and minor emergency interventions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and initiate treatment plans based on findings.

5. Record Keeping & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.

6. Telecommunication Health Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the telecommunications department to promote health initiatives tailored to the unique needs of employees in this industry.
- Stay informed about occupational health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

7. Regulatory Compliance:
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and standards in the UAE.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with best practices in family nursing.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner program).
- Valid nursing license to practice in the UAE.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a corporate healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in occupational health or corporate wellness programs.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and its associated health risks.
