We are currently seeking a Fashion Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Fashion Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fashion department, including product selection, merchandising, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fashion strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Select and purchase merchandise based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales data
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and terms
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize overstock or out-of-stock situations
- Create visually appealing displays and merchandising layouts to maximize sales and customer engagement
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Train and develop staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable about current fashion trends and products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
