We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Field Assistant to join our construction team in Dubai. The Field Assistant will be responsible for providing on-site support to the construction team and ensuring that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination and organization of construction projects
- Work closely with the Field Manager to ensure that project timelines are met
- Conduct site inspections and report any issues or concerns to the project team
- Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
- Assist with the training and supervision of junior field staff

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in the construction industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
- Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Previous experience working as a Field Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of construction software and tools
