We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Field Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our field operations in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting field engineers and technicians in conducting installations, repairs, and maintenance of aerospace and defense equipment.
- Coordinating logistics and scheduling for field operations, including travel arrangements and equipment transportation.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of field activities and equipment inventory.
- Providing administrative support to the field team, including preparing reports, tracking expenses, and managing communications.
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the field.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies during field operations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in a relevant field is a plus.
- [3-8] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
