We are seeking a skilled Financial Aid Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial aid processing and administration, preferably within the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of financial aid programs for Real Estate projects
- Review and process financial aid applications
- Communicate with applicants to collect necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial aid awards
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds
- Provide support to applicants with questions or concerns regarding their financial aid application
- Assist in preparing reports on financial aid disbursements and program effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in financial aid processing or administration
- Knowledge of Real Estate financing and funding sources
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
