We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Aid Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the telecommunications industry. The Financial Aid Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the financial aid department by assisting with the processing and distribution of financial aid to eligible individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and processing financial aid applications in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate with applicants to gather necessary documentation and information
- Verify eligibility of applicants based on predetermined criteria
- Assist in determining financial aid awards based on individual need and available funds
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial aid recipients
- Assist in coordinating and conducting financial aid workshops and information sessions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate distribution of financial aid
- Stay informed about changes in financial aid regulations and policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial aid or related role
- Strong knowledge of financial aid processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
