We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Captain Assistant to join our pharmaceutical company in Dubai. The Fire Captain Assistant will work closely with the Fire Captain to ensure the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Fire Captain in developing and implementing fire prevention and emergency response strategies
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment and systems to ensure they are in good working order
- Train employees on fire safety procedures and protocols
- Respond to fire alarms and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in conducting fire drills and evacuation exercises
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fire safety inspections and incidents
- Coordinate with external emergency services and authorities as needed
- Assist in investigating fire incidents and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in fire safety and emergency response
- Certification in firefighting and fire safety procedures
- Knowledge of local fire safety regulations and codes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Physically fit and able to perform the duties of a firefighter
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
