We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Captain Assistant to join our team in the agriculture sector in Dubai. The Fire Captain Assistant will work closely with the Fire Captain to ensure the safety and security of all personnel, equipment, and property on the agricultural site.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Fire Captain in leading and managing a team of firefighters
- Respond to fire emergencies and other incidents on the agricultural site
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment and systems
- Coordinate fire drills and training exercises for staff
- Maintain accurate records of all fire incidents, inspections, and training sessions
- Assist in the development and implementation of fire safety policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and standards
- Assist in the procurement of fire safety equipment and supplies
- Provide support during fire investigations and follow-up actions
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Fire Captain

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in firefighting or fire safety
- Certification in fire safety and emergency response
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations
- Knowledge of agricultural operations and hazards
- Valid driver's license
- Physical fitness and ability to perform firefighting duties
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends
