We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fish Hatchery Manager Assistant based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and a passion for aquaculture and fishery management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Fish Hatchery Manager in daily operations and management of the fish hatchery facility
- Oversee the maintenance and monitoring of water quality, temperature, and feeding schedules for the fish
- Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and software systems to optimize hatchery operations
- Collect and analyze data on fish growth, health, and production to improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist in the training and supervision of hatchery staff on best practices and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental sustainability practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in fishery management or aquaculture
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and software applications relevant to fish hatchery operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of fish biology, breeding, and reproduction techniques is a plus
