We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Fitness Assistant will be responsible for supporting the construction workers in maintaining their physical health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing fitness programs for construction workers.
- Conduct fitness assessments and provide personalized exercise plans.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during workouts.
- Monitor and track progress of construction workers.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to promote overall health and wellness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness facility.
- Assist in coordinating group fitness classes and activities.
- Provide first aid and emergency assistance as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in fitness training.

Requirements:
- Certification in fitness training or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a fitness-related role.
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
