We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Assistant to join our manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi. The Fleet Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the management and maintenance of our company's fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with external service providers
- Monitor and track vehicle fuel consumption
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Assist with the scheduling of vehicle inspections and registrations
- Monitor and track vehicle usage and report on any discrepancies
- Assist with the procurement of new vehicles as needed
- Assist with the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the Fleet Manager as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fleet management role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
